Arts and crafts
Dining inside . . .

Outside the upper bunk . . .

Just 30 campers are accepted each summer at New Meadow. Our small size means campers can participate in a wide range of activities on and off the farm. There's a counselor for every five campers, allowing for a high level of personal instruction. And our size enhances the family atmosphere and camaraderie.
Each day campers can choose from riding in the ring or the field, individual and team sports, hiking, biking, swimming, arts and crafts and more. Weekends and evenings can include competing in horse shows, riding on trails or taking field trips.
We also offer a 2-year Counselor-in-Training program for girls who have completed 10th grade and have attended our camp for two summers.
A Typical Day
Depending upon the activities a camper chooses, each day is different. But a typical day includes:
7:30 a.m. / Wake up and morning exericse
8:00 a.m. / Breakfast and bunk inspection
9:00 a.m. / First riding lesson or art
10:30 a.m. / Second riding lesson or art
12:30 p.m. / Lunch
1 p.m. / Chores, mail, Tuck Shop and free time (pool is open)

Visit New Meadow!
Of course we think New Meadow's great, but don't take our word for it. Visit the farm and see for yourself! Girls from the Philadelphia area who want to see what it's like to stay at New Meadow before signing up for camp can schedule a weekend visit. For $300 per child, a group of 4 to 6 can visit the farm with a senior staffer. The cost covers 24-hour supervision, horseback riding, meals, and transportation to New Meadow late Friday afternoon, returning early evening on Sunday. This is a great way to experience New Meadow and to make new friends. To make arrangements, please call Caroline at 610-825-9838 or send her an email at newmeadowfarm
